Bonjour France

I am in the quaint village of Golfs Juan and stayed the night at a small picturesque hotel near the old port. Last night I ate outdoors at the old port and celebrated my uncomplicated arrival with a couple of glasses of wine. This morning I await to be picked up by the AIR Vallauris people while below my 3'rd story window I hear a man playing the accordion and smell the fragrant smells of Provencal cooking. Will it continue to be this sweet during my French sejour?

My house is in shape, my good friend Rosie will housesit, and I've been reading a Rick Steves' travel book on Provence and now I'm starting to get excited about leaving for France on Sept.8'th. I have a 10 hour flight to Amsterdam and will arrive in Nice, France around 4:30 PM the next day.
